A1 Services desk

Work

Engagements with the hours attached.

These are studio composites of the jobs we take. They are not client logos, and they are priced on the same hour as a new request.

Wholesale

A company site sales can send

A regional distributor was forwarding a PDF catalogue. The public site did not explain who the product was for, or how to ask for a price.

A business website with a short path from product line to enquiry, plus website care so price lists do not live in someone's inbox.

Clinics

Intake packets leave the shared inbox

A clinic group received referral packets as scans. Staff retyped the same fields into the record, and missed pages were found late.

Document processing that lifts the agreed fields and parks low-confidence pages in a review queue instead of the general inbox.

Trade

Orders stop being retyped

A trade supplier took orders by email. Someone copied lines into a sheet before the warehouse saw them, usually the next morning.

A single workflow from the order mailbox into the stock sheet, with a person notified only when a line does not match.

Product

Support drafts that cite the help centre

A product team wanted faster replies without sending unchecked model text to customers.

An AI pilot that drafts from the help centre, shows the source, and waits for an agent to send. The pilot was the decision point, not a permanent agent fleet.

Clinics

The small breaks stop living in a group chat

After the intake workflow shipped, staff still sent screenshots to whoever was online.

A monthly support block with a named contact, and a rule that a large change becomes its own hour request.

How to read the work

These are composites. The hours are not.

Each story is a studio composite of a kind of job we take: a distributor site, clinic intake, an order mailbox, a support draft, a catalogue that should be findable, a warehouse list, a support block after go-live. They are not client logos and they are not borrowed case studies.

The hourly figure on the story is the same starting rate as the service it belongs to. A story is a way to see the job in a sentence, then open the service page if the shape matches yours.

If your situation rhymes with one of these and differs in the details, use the contact form and name the difference. The useful part of a composite is the boundary: what was automatic, what stayed with a person, and what we refused to pretend was done.
